Gideon Reeling’s Assistants recall road trips of their youth; so often prompted by the necessity of attending big family events.
This time its a wedding.

Such auspicious occasions would often be twinned with unexpected visits to places of interest; strange half remembered museums/ peculiar B&Bs/ campsites/ lesser-spotted relatives etc.

What you will need:

• Some free time between early February and 21st March 2009
• A team: we'd recommend 4 people maximum- your whole team must be able to fit into one vehicle.
• because you also need a vehicle. (if you don't have access to a vehicle you may still be able to visit some of the locations on this website.
• A camera/phone camera/a video camera
• a sense of adventure or an interest in exploring England's treasures
  

Here's what to do

• sign up to this site with your team name
• clear a weekend or two free or maybe a week or two if you can.
• turn your mind to dear dears of yours who live around England, friends you have been meaning to visit, family you'd like to see and cetera.
• The top scorers WiN an invitiation to The Reeling Family Wedding on Saturday 21st March in London.
• To get to the wedding: you need points and you pick up points from each location that you visit and for how you visit them. photos, words, video uploads and outfits all score you points
